Isabelle Macart, Founder and Managing Director of L3M Training and Consulting, spent more than two decades working within the hospitality industry for AccorHotels UK and Ireland, starting this part of her career in Hotel operations and progressing into developing customer service. In her former role as Director of Human Resources in a large Convention Centre, Isabelle designed programmes to develop leaders and increase their leadership performance.
Convinced of the power of the mindset, the words, the body language and behaviours, Isabelle also designed modules for her team in positive interaction and mindfulness to support their wellbeing and development.
Isabelle decided to set up her own business – L3M Training and Consulting – to assist organisations to communicate more effectively, to engage their teams by developing them and train them in a constructive and productive way and to make each individual aware of their potential.
L3M designs taylor made programmes to support the organisations objectives by developing internal service, positive communication and positive culture.
To help and develop the future leaders, L3M offers one-to-one coaching to increase self confidence and improve interpersonal communication skills.
